following up on a suggestion by Levin Magruder, added a new display checkbox
option on the search engine page, called "Show Context"
(disabled by default), which when enabled, displays a synopsis entry above the
elucidations falling within that entry's page-line range; the purpose of this
feature is to remind a user faced with a given elucidation what narrative context,
as reflected by the current synopsis entry, it is part of
